Why am I getting an error message when I try to sign in to HS Learn?
Did you look on the View History page?

Did you complete all the modules of your course, including the assessment?
For a module to be considered complete, all the modules of the course need to be completed. If the course includes assessments, you must complete all the assessments, to have the course marked as Completed.
Did you complete the Course Feedback?
- If you complete the courses as online training, the optional Course Feedback survey is available immediately after you complete all the modules.
- If you complete the courses as classroom training, an email is sent to your email address when the Course Feedback survey is available, which is normally several days after you complete the course. The course feedback is mandatory; you must complete the form in order to download the certificate.
Tip: The email is sent to the address where you received the HS Learn Course Assignment email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Spam folder.
