Update the Cognos Consumers group properties
On the Cognos Analytics 11 server:
- Navigate to Cognos administration.
- Click Security.
- Click Consumers group properties.
- Click the Members tab.
- Select and then delete Analytic explorers and Analytics users.
- Click Add.
- Select Cognos and then select Everyone.
