Source verify data

Click Monitor.
Optionally, sort and filter the page to see the data you want to source verify.
1. Click Monitor.
2. In the Filter drop-down list, do one of the following:
  - To modify an existing filter, select the filter name.
  - To create a new filter, select the blank area (that is, make sure that nothing is selected).
3. To the right of the Filter drop-down list, click Edit.
4. Select the content and status criteria for the filter. You must make at least one selection in each category.
  Note: In the Visit category, select CCRF to list all instances of a common form.
5. Optionally, to view a summary of your selections, click the icon in the lower-right corner ().
6. To apply the filter without saving it, in the lower-right corner, click Apply.

  To save the filter, in the lower-left corner, click Save and provide a name for the filter.
In the CRF column, click the abbreviation for the form that has data to source verify.
Select the items that you want to source verify. To verify the entire form, select all of the required and critical items.
Click Submit.
