User ID, password, and confidentiality
Confidentiality
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user account.
- Keep your user ID and password confidential at all times.
- Do not share your user ID and password with anyone else.
- If at any time you lose your password or believe that someone else has access to it, contact Oracle Support right away.
User ID
- You have one user ID for both the Web and phone (if you have access to both).

Passwords
- You create your own password during authentication or password reset. The password must be based on strong password requirements.
- You have separate passwords for the Web and phone.
- You can reset your web password at any time by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the logon page.
- You can also reset your password or phone PIN by clicking the links at the top of the Application page.
