User Upload page
On this page, you add new users to the study. From this page, you can download a spreadsheet, add users to the spreadsheet, and then upload the batch of users to IRT. After you upload a user, the user receives a User Authentication Code (UAC) by email or fax.
Note: You can edit existing user information from this page, or you can use the Edit User page to edit user information.

The character encoding format ensures that IRT can read the character symbols used in the spreadsheet file that the user is uploading.
