Apply the Additional EBS Patches

Apply the additional EBS patches using ADOP, if not already applied.

1. Apply 31959538:R12.TXK.C, 31943873:R12.FWK.C, and 27222751:R12.FND.C patches by executing the following command:

   adop phase=prepare
   adop phase=apply patches=31959538:R12.TXK.C, 31943873:R12.FWK.C, 27222751:R12.FND.C
   adop phase=actualize_all
   adop phase=finalize finalize_mode=full
   adop phase=cutover
   adop phase=cleanup cleanup_mode=full
