2 Install Oracle Database
TMS is certified on Oracle Database 19c (19.3.0).
If you are upgrading TMS, skip to Upgrading Oracle Thesaurus Management System to Release 5.4.1.
If you have already performed these steps as part of installing Oracle Clinical Release 5.4.1 or upgrading Oracle Clinical Release 5.2.2 to Oracle Clinical Release 5.4.1, skip to Install and Configure the Oracle Application Tier.
