Modify the tnsnames.ora File on the Application Server

1. Go to the following tnsnames.ora location on the application server:

   %ORACLE_HOME%\user_projects\domains\FRDomain\config\fmwconfig

2. Make sure the tnsnames.ora file has an entry for each database that matches the database's service name.
3. Copy the edited tnsnames.ora file from FRDomain_Home to %ORACLE_HOME%\network\admin (for example, to C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\network\admin).
