Clinical AI Agent, Message Center Agent
Description
The Message Center Agent performs the following actions to provide you with relevant and contextually aware information when you review and respond to supported messages in your inbox:
- Assigns a suggested priority (High or Urgent) to incoming messages based on the nature and content of the message.
- Generates a patient summary that includes relevant clinical history that is contextual to the content of the message.
- Generates a suggested response that reflects the nature of the inbound message and the relevant patient context.
The Message Center Agent supports messages associated with prescription renewals, laboratory results, and condition or symptom questions and is intended for use in desktop applications.
