• Payers can access Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange in the Oracle Cloud Console.
• Payers can view the Provider Directory and review data-sharing information.
• Payers can modify their profiles.
• Payers can periodically confirm their profile information.
• Payers can create, edit, view, and delete endpoints for the retrieval of clinical documents in Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) format and for receiving clinical event notifications as HL7 version 2 admit and discharge (ADT) messages.
• Payers can retrieve documents.
