Periodically, you need to confirm your information as a payer. When this situation occurs, the Is your contact info up to date message is displayed when you log into Payer Hub. The contact information is displayed below the message.
  1. If the information is correct, select Confirm it is up to date.
  2. If the information is incorrect, select Edit contact info, make any necessary changes, and select Save changes.
