Periodically, you need to confirm your information as a payer. When this situation
occurs, the Is your contact info up to date message is displayed when you log into Payer
Hub. The contact information is displayed below the message.
- If the information is correct, select Confirm it is up to date.
- If the information is incorrect, select Edit contact info, make any necessary changes, and select Save changes.
