Here are some typical error codes and messages that the service returns, and possible workarounds.

400 Bad Request Sample not found

Sample not found.

Check to see that you have entered the sample name correctly, or contact your GPAS administrator for assistance.

400 Bad Request You do not have access to this sample

You do not have access to this sample.

Check to see that you have entered the sample name correctly, or contact your GPAS administrator for assistance.

400 Bad Request No output bucket found for this sample organisation

No output bucket was found.

Check to see that you have entered the correct file type, or contact your GPAS administrator for assistance.

400 Bad Request Invalid file type specified

The file type you entered is invalid.

Check to see that you have entered the correct file type.

400 Bad Request No file found for this sample

No file name found for this sample.

Check to see that you have entered the file name correctly.

400 Bad Request Unhandled error logged for support

An unhandled error has occurred, and has been logged.

Contact your GPAS administrator for assistance.

401 Authorization Required Indicates an invalid or expired access token.

Your access token is invalid or expired.

Refresh your access token, or download a new access token, as described in Authenticate.
