Known Issues

Oracle has identified the known issues below in Oracle Health Clinical Intelligence. The list is updated when issues are identified or resolved in a new release.

You can view known issues for this solution in eService. In Step 4 below, select Clinical Intelligence from the Solution list.

Complete the following steps to view known issues:

  1. Access eService.
  2. Select View Solution Change Records under Solution Changes.
  3. On the Solution list, select the check box next to the solution or solutions for which you want to view known issues.
  4. You can filter the list of known issues further using the following filters:
    • Enter a date range in the Published Between box to see only issues published in a certain time span, for example, if you want to view new known issues since the date you last ran the query.
    • Optionally, you can enter a client number, solution change number, solution change type, severity, or status to further narrow results.
  5. Select Apply. The list of known issues matching the entered criteria is displayed.

Note:

  • To save the search criteria for future use, select Save and enter a name for the saved search. When you return to eService, saved searches are available to select from a list at the top of the search criteria box.
  • To export the results to Excel, select Export to Excel above the search results.
  • To clear the selected search criteria, select Clear.

The list of known issues changes over time and you should review it regularly.
