User Role	Permissions
Clinical Data Exchange Administrator	This role is an administrator role for Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange service. This role can perform all available tasks within the Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange service, including the following tasks: Submit and track requests to set up connections between your electronic health record (EHR) system and Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange. Submit and track requests to disable active connections between your EHR systems and Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange. View payers that are connected through Oracle Health Clinical Data Exchange. Enable and disable data sharing with payers. Enable and disable payer access to clinical document concepts and clinical event notifications. Access data disclosure reports.
Oracle Health Information Network Administrator	This role is an administrator role for Oracle Health Information Network service. This role can perform the following tasks within the Oracle Health Information Network service: Set up a one-time connection between your EHR system and Oracle Health Information Network. View details related to the Oracle Health Information Network service. Request data disclosure reports. Enable or request to disable and track data-sharing in the Oracle Health Information Network service, or across the Oracle Health Information Network service and other qualified health information networks.
