Troubleshoot

cURL is not working

Reach out to your Oracle Health Immunization Management Cloud Service administrator for assistance. You can also get more diagnostic information from cURL by including the -v switch (verbose) for lengthier explanations of the error condition.

Authentication is not working

Make sure you have the following:

  • Access to the REST API, provided by your Oracle Health Immunization Management Cloud Service administrator.
  • An authentication token, generated from the REST API token generation endpoint. For more information, see Authenticate.
  • A Client ID and Secret. Make sure you store this somewhere safe.
  • A list of your scopes.
