Known Issues

Oracle has identified the known issues below in Oracle Health Patient Administration. The list is updated when issues are identified or resolved in a new release.

  • When a patient is moved to the Seen by state in Ambulatory Organizer, the patient is removed from Patient Tracker. (OHPA-54)
  • When you add an invalid start date to an appointment, the related error message is not displayed until later in the workflow. (OHPA-76)
  • Drop-down lists in scheduling workflows may perform slowly. (OHPA-78)
  • When you zoom in on the screen in the manual schedule workflow, the horizontal and vertical scroll bars are not both present. (OHPA-81)
  • When you position the pointer over appointment cards in the legacy Patient Tracker, you cannot close custom tooltips. (OHPA-84)
  • Page headers are not correctly tagged in the scheduling workflow. (OHPA-87)
  • The consumer scheduling page is not displayed correctly when you use Reflow. (OHPA-88)
  • When you resize text in the Appointment Summary view, information is not displayed correctly. (OHPA-91)
  • When you zoom in on the Appointment Summary view, information is not displayed correctly. (OHPA-92)
  • Labels in the Appointment Summary view are not displayed correctly. (OHPA-93)
  • No title element is present on the Manage Appointments screen. (OHPA-98)
  • The View Appointment Details view is displayed incorrectly when you use the OATB Reflow tool on the Accessibility toolbar. (OHPA-99)
  • The Schedule Appointment workflow is displayed incorrectly when you use the OATB Reflow tool on the Accessibility toolbar. (OHPA-100)
  • The Block workflow is displayed incorrectly when you use the OATB Reflow tool on the Accessibility toolbar. (OHPA-101)
  • In Patient Tracker, you must scroll to view all checked out appointments. This information should all be visible without the need to scroll. (OHPA-107)
  • Selections made in Patient Tracker are not retained when you navigate to a different view. (OHPA-110)
  • The Resource filter label in Patient Tracker displays Provider, but should display Resource. (OHPA-111)
  • When you view the history of an appointment, action dates are displayed, but not action times. (OHPA-115)
  • In the front office mobile app, the redirect URL is not pointed to the correct destination. (OHPA-130)
  • When you perform a quick registration, an email is sent without the option to enroll in Patient Portal. (OHPA-133)
  • After you add a guarantor, the Financial Responsibility screen opens, but only a Cancel button is displayed. (OHPA-136)
  • When you open Eligibility Details, a blank screen is displayed. (OHPA-140)
  • When searching for a caregiver to add for a patient, the patient is returned in the search results. (OHPA-144)
  • When you add insurance by related party, the insurance is displayed twice if the related party is both an emergency contact and a proxy. (OHPA-145)
  • After performing an appointment action in Patient Tracker, the view automatically refreshes, with the begin time as the active element. (OHPA-152)
  • Error messages that display when you enter incorrect information or miss a required field are not closed when you select X. (OHPA-172)
  • On the View All Patient Appointments page, the card that displays the next future appointment is missing when you use Firefox. (OHPA-173)
  • When you add a guarantor for a patient with a proxy, the proxy's name appears in the guarantor search box. (OHPA-175)
  • When you edit a patient to update their name or address, the history buttons are not displayed. (OHPA-177)
  • The address validation feature is not functioning correctly. (OHPA-183)
  • Appointment/Block information overlaps with the Resource/Provider name header. (OHPA-184)
  • If you also add a patient's proxy as a caregiver with a different relationship, the system behaves inconsistently. (OHPA-189)
  • When you attempt to add a caregiver from the Patient Relationships pane in the patient profile, the Add button is hidden by the Oracle icon. (OHPA-191)
  • When you manage an encounter, appointments associated with the encounter are not displayed. (OHPA-193)
  • The View All button for financial responsibility, is not accessible until you resize the screen from the patient profile. (OHPA-202)
  • Some Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity values are truncated after you select them. (OHPA-207)
  • The Block Appointment option is incorrectly displayed in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-209)
  • The appointment details history is not completely displayed. (OHPA-215)
  • You cannot save an edited single block in the Resource Schedule view. (OHPA-216)
  • In the calendar view, the tooltip for a single block is displayed as recurring. (OHPA-217)
  • After a patient uploads documents, they are not displayed in the application. (OHPA-220)
  • When creating a new patient, the administrative sex value should be required, but is not. (OHPA-221)
  • Dates are not formatted appropriately based on the assigned application configuration. (OHPA-222)
  • When you allocate an insurance to an encounter, the insurance is displayed twice. (OHPA-227)
  • When you attempt to access a potential duplicate file, and the person does not have an MRN, the highlighted duplicate fields are retained. (OHPA-236)
  • When you update an encounter and attempt to save, an error message is displayed. (OHPA-240)
  • The Primary Contact Method value is not retained after you select Continue. (OHPA-252)
  • When you check in a patient, the patient's name card looks selectable, but it is not. (OHPA-253)
  • Patent responsibility field values are not displayed correctly. (OHPA-254)
  • The sync process between Oracle Health Patient Administration and Millennium Platform is inconsistent. (OHPA-261)
  • When you schedule or reschedule an appointment in Revenue Cycle (RevenueCycle.exe), the appointment time is not added to Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-264)
  • When you create an appointment for a slot, the appointment is duplicated. (OHPA-267)
  • When you complete a merge of two persons, you are returned to the Merge page where a search is available, but the prior merge's search criteria is still displayed. (OHPA-271)
  • When you create a new patient using a quick registration from a date of birth search, and then add a mobile number, if the two values result in a possible duplicate record found, the duplicate profile alert is displayed multiple times. (OHPA-272)
  • When you position the pointer over a save discrepancy, the associated tooltip displays an invalid user ID. (OHPA-273)
  • When you attempt to perform a self check-in, an error message is displayed when you manually add values while reviewing personal information. (OHPA-275)
  • An error message is displayed when you attempt to add patient info from payer when modifying an encounter. (OHPA-281)
  • When you select View Patient Profile in the Resource View, there is no way to return to Patient Tracker. (OHPA-282)
  • If notifications are not enabled, the system should disable the Send Self Check-In option in Patient Tracker. (OHPA-283)

  • When you select Permission to Send SMS while adding or editing a proxy, a registration notification is sent. (OHPA-286)
  • The MSPQ capability is missing from the application. (OHPA-289)
  • When you combine patients, the patient data is not displayed correctly. (OHPA-290)
  • When you schedule an appointment with a new encounter in Millennium Platform, the associated encounter ID is not displayed in the appointment details in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-291)
  • A messaging error occurs when you use Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-292)
  • When you attempt to load practitioners, the systems takes an excessive amount of time to perform the task. (OHPA-294)
  • When you add a new insurance on the Financial Responsibility page, you can add invalid start and end dates and successfully save. (OHPA-295)
  • The encounter ID is not displayed in appointment details for appointments scheduled in Revenue Cycle (RevenueCycle.exe) with new encounters. (OHPA-297)
  • When you reschedule an appointment from Patient Tracker, it is difficult to navigate back to Patient Tracker. (OHPA-308)
  • The patient forms queue is not correctly loading forms assigned to patients. (OHPA-310)
  • Patient information is slow to load when a driver's license photo is on file. (OHPA-311)
  • When you add a form to a patient, an error message is displayed when you select Send All if the patient only has a phone number and no email address. (OHPA-312)
  • Guarantor allocations are not retained when you perform the allocation using the Calendar View while creating an appointment. (OHPA-314)
  • When you attempt to send a self-registration link to a patient, the link is not sent. (OHPA-315)
  • When a notification is received for an earlier slot for an appointment on a waitlist, the same notification can be used to reschedule the appointment multiple times. (OHPA-316)
  • When you perform an appointment action (for example, move to in-room), Patient Tracker does not scroll to the current time after the action is completed. (OHPA-317)
  • Selected resources are not retained when you leave and return to the resource view. (OHPA-320)
  • When you modify a patient in Millennium Platform, the changes are not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-321)
  • Resource selections are not retained when you switch from Patient Tracker to Resource View. (OHPA-322)
  • Address configurations support a default state value rather than a default country value. (OHPA-323)
  • When a patient adds their spouse's insurance in the self-registration workflow, an error message is displayed. (OHPA-324)
  • When you select a location in Patient Tracker, the selection is not retained in the Resource View. (OHPA-325)
  • When you add an encounter type while checking in a patient in Millennium Platform, the encounter type is not displayed in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-326)
  • When you add a new guarantor while creating or modifying a patient in Millennium Platform, the information is not displayed in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-328)
  • When you inactivate elements in Millennium Platform, your changes are not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-330)
  • Resource scheduling updates in Millennium Platform are not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-331)
  • When you add insurance through the related party's health plan option, the insurance is not automatically allocated. (OHPA-332)
  • When you create a new appointment type in Scheduling Database Tools (SchTools.exe), the changes are not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-333)
  • When you select Self Check-In in Patient Tracker, an error message is displayed. (OHPA-334)
  • When you schedule a block for a resource in Millennium Platform, the information is not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-336)
  • All available slots are not displayed when you request slots for today's date. (OHPA-339)
  • Locations and resources are missing when you select the Resource list in the Resource View. (OHPA-340)
  • When you attempt to add a recurring block, you cannot save your changes. (OHPA-341)
  • When you update an existing patient in Millennium Platform, your changes are not reflected in Oracle Health Patient Administration. (OHPA-342)
  • Scheduling blocks can only be placed in hour increments. (OHPA-343)
