Known Issues
Oracle has identified the known issues below in Oracle Health Patient Administration. The list is updated when issues are identified or resolved in a new release.
- For multiselect fields (for example, Race), you can select None of the Above as well as additional values. (PATIENT-8853)
- Appointments in a Confirmed or Scheduled status are not updated to No Show at midnight. (PATIENT-8936)
- When you attempt to use voice commands to check in a patient in Patient Tracker, the system states that it is interpreting your request but never moves the patient. (PATIENT-9643)
- Encounter type classes are set to pre-reg instead of the desired type class for future visits. (PATIENT-11311)
- When you schedule an appointment, you can select a begin date in the past. (PATIENT-11581)
- When you use the free text patient name filter in Patient Tracker, the first matching patient is not correctly selected. (PATIENT-11593)
- When you select the All Benefits link, not all benefits are displayed. (PATIENT-11769)
- When you view benefits, the network is displayed as undefined. (PATIENT-11785)
- The information displayed in View Details is different based on whether the selection was made in the patient details screen or Patient Tracker. (PATIENT-11831)
- When you enter incorrect address information, formatting and completion checks are not performed. (PATIENT-12094)
- The financial responsibility amount is displayed on the Manage Visit screen, which is incorrect. (PATIENT-12221)
- White space should be reduced between the Forms and Additional Info sections of the Manage Visit screen. (PATIENT-12227)
- A patient's language is not displayed in the patient portrait. (PATIENT-12389)
- When you manage a visit, the patient's financial responsibility amount is not updated when the estimate is approved. (PATIENT-12450)
- The option to change a visit's virtual status is not available from the Visit List. (PATIENT-12477)
- For multi-resource appointment types, the system does not retrieve availability when a secondary resource is selected for the Provider prompt. (PATIENT-12523)
- The phone number add button is misaligned on the page. (PATIENT-12587)
- Estimates are displayed before eligibility has been checked. (PATIENT-12633)
- When you attempt to view history for a canceled appointment, an error is displayed. (PATIENT-12652)
- When you search for patients, results may display duplicate patients (with the same MRN) and, at times, different demographic information. (PATIENT-12655)
- An authorized representative is currently not required when a patient is a non-emancipated minor. (PATIENT-12661)
- When you capture a patient's address, you cannot indicate that this is also the mailing address. (PATIENT-12663)
- Incomplete tasks, once completed, are not appropriately updated on the task list. (PATIENT-12674)
- Reason for no SSN may not be displayed in the patient profile. (PATIENT-12675)
- The full response view of financial responsibility does not display all benefits for a patient. (PATIENT-12691)
- Resource views do not display resources from both Revenue Cycle and Oracle Health Patient Administration. (PATIENT-12742)
- Care team names are not formatted correctly. (PATIENT-12814)
- The following question is missing from the MSP Questionnaire: How many employees, including yourself or spouse, work for the employer from whom you have GHP coverage? (PATIENT-12927)
- When you attempt to save after uploading a patient's ID, an error is displayed. (PATIENT-13052)
- Patient ID values are not consistently displayed throughout registration workflows. (PATIENT-13243)
- You cannot add an appointment to the waitlist. (PATIENT-13280)
- Canceled and no-show appointments remain in a Confirmed state. (PATIENT-13285)
- When you save driver's license details on the Demographics page, the Issuer ID and Expiration Date values are not saved. (PATIENT-13356)
- You cannot remove a patient's Tribal Affiliation value. (PATIENT-13430)
- The country code is not displayed in the patient's demographic details. (PATIENT-13443)
- When you create a patient, the country code is not saved. (PATIENT-13497)
- When you upload a patient photo or ID, the Needs Attention list is not updated. (PATIENT-13500)
- When you add employment for a patient, the employment stop date is automatically valued by the system. (PATIENT-13505)
- When you verify an insurance in Oracle Health Patient Administration, your credentials are not associated with the action in Revenue Cycle. (PATIENT-13740)
- Insurance-related tasks are missing from the Needs Attention list. (PATIENT-13851)
- Appointment status filters are not displayed in Patient Tracker. (PATIENT-14188)
- Paid co-pays are displayed as unpaid in Oracle Health Patient Administration, even though they are posted in Millennium Platform. (PATIENT-14949)
- Employer search results are not consistent between Millennium Platform and Oracle Health Patient Administration. Some employers are displayed multiple times in one and only once in the other, while others are not displayed in Millennium Platform at all, but are displayed in Patient Administration. (PATIENT-15217)
- When you enter a start date for an employer in Oracle Health Patient Administration, the date is displayed as one day prior in Millennium Platform. (PATIENT-15222)
- When you add a guarantor in Oracle Health Patient Administration, the guarantor is not correctly displayed in Patient Portal. (PATIENT-15741)
- The guarantor address is not correctly displayed in the UI. (PATIENT-16005)
- The insurance address is not correctly displayed in the UI. (PATIENT-16006)
- Related person details are not properly displayed. (PATIENT-16778)
- When you update the reason for an appointment in Oracle Health Patient Administration, the value is not updated in Millennium Platform. (PATIENT-17468)
- When you remove an existing block, the block reappears later. (PATIENT-17519)
- When you select Save after creating a new rule, the system is unresponsive. (PATIENT-17599)
- When an appointment status is updated, the associated visit is not also updated. (PATIENT-17747)
