Add Block to Resource Schedule
- From Oracle Health Patient Administration Home, select Resource Schedule.
- Select Add Block.
- Complete the block information, including resources, block reason, recurrence, date, and time.
- Select Save.
- If the block results in a conflict, a Resource Conflict message is displayed (a conflict notification is also displayed on the appointment causing the conflict. To continue, select Save. If you no longer want to add the block, select Cancel.
- Locate any conflicting appointments and reschedule them. For information regarding the reschedule workflow, see Appointment Reschedule.
- Once the appointment is rescheduled, the block conflict is resolved on the resource schedule. Repeat for any additional conflicts.
Note:
A block conflict may generate a reschedule request, depending on your configuration in Millennium Platform. If a request is generated, it must be managed in Millennium Platform. See Understand Completing Appointment Requests in Revenue Cycle Workflow for more information.
