18 Appointment No Show

Use this workflow when a patient does not present for their appointment to help you track patients and notify staff of the appointment state to determine any financial or regulatory impact. After you mark an appointment as no show, you can determine whether to reschedule the patient.

Note:

As an alternative to manually marking no-show appointments, the Managed Appointment State Millennium Platform Operations job is available. This Operations job, run nightly, updates all of the day's appointments that remain in a Scheduled state to a No-Show state.
