Manage Patient Forms
This topic describes how to locate and manage patient forms when managing an encounter.
Assign Forms
To assign a form to a patient, select the appropriate form from the New Form list. The form is displayed. Required forms are displayed as a Needs Attention task.
Print Forms
To print a form:
- Select Actions (…) next to the assigned form.
- Select Print.
- Follow the prompts to print the form and request that the patient sign.
Manually Upload Forms
To manually upload a form:
- Select Actions (…) next to the assigned form. Select Upload.
- Follow the prompts to scan or upload the document.
- Select Save. The form is displayed as completed.
Remove Form Completed in Error
To remove a form added in error:
- Select Actions (…) next to the completed form.
- Select Remove. The form is removed.
Replace Completed Form
To replace a completed form:
- Select Actions (…) next to the completed form.
- Select Replace.
- Follow the prompts to scan or upload the document.
- Select Save. The form is replaced and displayed as completed.
After forms are completed, select Save and continue with the workflow.
