Manage Patient Forms
Patient forms can be located during the check in and manage encounter workflows. Forms are also displayed on the patient information panel for the next upcoming appointment.
Assign Forms
- From the Forms view, under Forms to Be Completed, select Assign.
- From the form list, select the appropriate form and select Assign.
Complete Forms
- From the Forms view, under Forms to Be Completed, select the action menu next to the appropriate form.
- Select Complete.
Postpone Forms
- From the Forms view, under Forms to Be Completed, select the action menu next to the appropriate form.
- Select Postpone.
Manually Upload Forms
- From the Forms view, under Forms to Be Completed, select the action menu next to the appropriate form.
- Select Upload.
- Follow the prompts to select the needed file. Select Upload.
Send Forms to Patient
- From the Forms view, under Forms to Be Completed, select Send All.
- The patient or proxy receives an email or text notification to complete their forms.
Form Added in Error
- From the Forms view, under Forms on File, select the action menu next to the form you want to remove.
- Select Remove.
After forms are completed, select Continue if you are in the check-in workflow. If you are managing the encounter or from the patient information panel, select Done.
