Remove Clinician
Complete the following steps to remove a clinician:
- Select the edit button in the Relationships section.
- Select the clinician. The Maintain Clinician dialog box is displayed.
- Select Delete. A message is displayed: Are you sure you wish to remove this clinician from the care team?
- Select Delete. The relationship is removed.
