Undo No Show

This topic provides steps for undoing a no-show appointment state.

  1. In Patient Tracker, locate the appointment marked as No Show. You can filter by location, resource, patient name, or status.

    Note:

    Appointments can be located in Patient Tracker or the Resource View page.
  2. Select the appointment and select Undo No Show.

    Note:

    If a reschedule request was generated in Millennium Platform when the appointment was marked as No Show, the request will be completed when the Undo No Show action is performed.
