1 Introduction

Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console (Administrative Console) is the platform used to configure, monitor, and manage your organization's instance of Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service (Patient Portal). Depending on your level of access, you may not have access to all modules.

The following modules are available in the Administrative Console:

  • Global Settings: View and change settings that apply to your entire instance of the Patient Portal. This module includes Confidentiality, Policies, Code Sets, and Third-Party Integrations.
  • Module Settings: View and change settings that apply to specific areas of the Patient Portal. This module includes Financial, Health Record, Medication, Messaging, Registration, and Scheduling.
  • Reporting Dashboard: View statistics regarding patient portal instance usage.
  • User Management: Add other patient portal administrators and grant permissions based on their role's access needs.
  • Support: Assist patients who call in to ask for help with their Patient Portal experience such as resending expired access codes.
  • Survey Management: View and edit family health history, social history, depression screener, and tobacco cessation surveys, and associate them with the applicable appointment types.

The Administrative Console is available to customers who have purchased Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service.
