Registration

The Registration module allows you to select whether your site uses Oracle or Third-Party patient intake, and to set the registration window and arrival start time and end time:

• Patient Intake Feature: Whether your site uses Oracle or a third-party for registration and patient intake workflows.
• Third-Party Integration: If your site uses a third party for registration and patient intake workflows, this list is displayed. Select the third-party partner that your organization uses for registration.
• Registration Window Start Time (days): The amount of time in advance that a patient can register for an appointment.
• Registration Arrival Window Start Time: The amount of time before an appointment that the registration window opens. By default, this is 30 minutes ahead of the appointment.
• Registration Arrival Window End Time: The amount of time after an appointment starts that the registration window closes. By default, this is 15 minutes after the appointment starts.
