Translate a Banner

If your Patient Portal has multiple available languages, translate banners to all available languages so that Patient Portal users can see the banner in their preferred language. If you do not translate the banner, the banner is displayed in the default language. The Missing Translations column on the Banners page shows which banners have not been translated.

To translate a banner:
  1. From the Banner list, select Details.
  2. Select Add Language. The Add Language drawer is displayed.
  3. Select the language you want to translate into.
  4. Enter the translated heading and body text.
  5. Select Add.
