Upload a Transparent Logo

You can upload a transparent version of your organization's logo. Transparent logos are displayed in the patient portal where a logo with transparent properties is required. The logo must be in JPG, PNG, or SVG format, and it must be 10MB or less. The Oracle logo is used by default.

To upload a transparent logo:

1. From the Configuration page, select Configure Foundation.
2. Select Edit next to Display Transparent Logo. The Display Transparent Logo drawer is displayed. You can use one of the following options to select the logo:
   • Enter the URL of the logo in the Display Logo field.
   • Locate the file on your local device and drag the file to the drop area or select Drop file to open File Explorer to search for and select the file on your device, then select Submit.
3. Select Update.
