View the Support Module

The Support module is available to Administrative Console users who have been granted access and who assist Patient Portal users resolve issues with the Patient Portal.

To view the Support Console module:

1. Log in to Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console.
2. Select Open in the Customer Support card. The Patient Search page is displayed.
