Add a New EMR to Population AI Assistant

Add a new electronic medical record (EMR) to Population AI Assistant using Console.

To add a new EMR to Population AI Assistant:

1. In Console, access the Care Planning and Coordination section, then select Population AI Assistant.
2. From the Name field, enter a name.
3. From the Population ID menu, select an option.
4. (Optional) Access the HCC Pipeline ID menu, then select an option.
5. From the Views Enabled menu, select the views you want to enable.
6. From the Default View menu, select an option.
7. From the Global Search menu, select an option.
8. (Optional) In the EMR Name field, enter a name.
9. (Optional) Access the EMR Data Partition ID menu, then select an option.
10. (Optional) In the MRN Assigning Authority field, enter a value.
11. Select Add New EMR.
12. Select Save.
