New in this release

Oracle Health Response Readiness includes the following features depending on the portal you use.

  • Access all Oracle Health Response Readiness portals with a single URL. A Launchpad opens automatically after you sign in that provides links to all the portals you have the rights to access.
  • Submit an application to become an approved site that can order and manage response products (Self-Service Request Portal).
  • Review, approve, and activate requests (Self-Service Approval Portal).
  • Create response product orders for delivery and manage the inventory (Site Portal).
  • Approve and process orders for response products, and create new orders, if needed (Partner Portal).
  • Pick up orders ready for distribution and upload shipping information (Distributor Portal).
  • Set up partner, responses, response products, product types, products, product units, and response product types to identify specific combinations of items for users to order and process, and other administrative tasks (Administrator Portal).
  • Define users and contacts for both partners and sites (Partner Portal and Administrator Portal).
  • Search for items specific to the page you are working in based on feature-related criteria.
