Configure Existing Inbox Settings

This topic includes the steps required to configure existing settings for the Inbox functionality for Oracle Health EHR.

A portion of existing settings for the Inbox functionality is recognized for Oracle Health EHR. The configuration steps in the Ambulatory Location Prompt section of Understand Messaging in Message Center are required.

The following configuration steps in Understand Message Center Results are required:

• The CE_EVENT_ACTION Table, Purge Scripts, and Encounter and Event Filtering subsections of the Configure Results to Endorse section
• The MSG_DISPLAY_SAVED_RESULTS and MSG_ENABLE_SAVED_RESULTS preferences in the Result and Result FYI Preferences section
