Configure Order Entry Format Settings

A portion of existing settings for the Order Entry Format functionality is recognized in Oracle Health EHR.

The following order entry formats are recognized for Surgery Request functionality in Oracle Health EHR:

• Surgical Area: Must be configured as Required on the order entry format for all surgical procedures.
• Primary Surgeon: Must be configured as Required on the order entry format for all surgical procedures and must not have a default value.
• Pre-Op Diagnosis: The free-text Pre-Op Diagnosis value should be removed from the order entry format for all surgical procedures.
• Requested Start and End Date/Time: Must be present and configured as Required on the order entry format for all surgical procedures.
• Requested End Date/Time: Must be present, but can be configured as Optional on the order entry format for surgical procedures.
