Add Yourself to a Care Team

You can add yourself to a care team from the Care Team page.

Note:

You only can add one care team member at a time for this visit and ongoing. When you add yourself to a care team member role, you replace the previously selected care team member for the role.

1. Open the patient's chart.
2. Select View Care Team.
3. Select Add.
4. Select one of the following options:
   • Add Me (This Visit)
   • Add Me (Ongoing)
5. Select your role.
6. Select Add.
   You are added to the care team.
