Create a Comment

This topic provides information about adding a comment for a referral in Oracle Health EHR.

To add a comment for a referral:

1. In the Referrals tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select a referral.
2. Under Comments, select Create (+).
3. Enter a comment, then select Save.
   The comment is displayed in the Comments section.
