Discard an Outside Immunization Record

You can discard outside immunization records Oracle Health EHR.

To discard an outside immunization record:
  1. On the Manage Outside Records page, select Actions next to an immunization record, then select Reject. The immunization is moved to the Discarded Records section.
  2. Select Sign.
