Edit an Outside Immunization Record

You can edit outside immunization records Oracle Health EHR.

To edit an outside immunization record before moving it:

1. On the Manage Outside Records page, select Actions (...) next to an immunization record on the Data to Review list, then select Accept with Changes.
2. In the immunization details panel, edit the details and select Save. Verify that the immunization is moved to the Local list.
3. Select Sign.
