Mark a Document as In Error

This topic provides information about marking a signed document as in error in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Open a document, and select Actions (...), then select Mark In Error.
2. Enter a comment in the Mark In Error dialog box.
3. Select Mark In Error.
   The document is updated to an In Error status.
