Modify Care Team Member Role

You can modify a care team member role from the Care team member information panel.

Note:

You can modify care team members regardless of whether they are associated with services, teams, or providers on a team.

1. Open a patient's chart and access the Care Team page.
2. Select the row with the care team member that you want to modify.
3. In the Care Team Member Information panel, select Modify and update the care team member's role.
   The care team member's role is modified.
