Reconcile an Outside Immunization Record

You can reconcile outside immunization records Oracle Health EHR.

To reconcile an outside immunization record:

1. On the Manage Outside Records page, select Move next to an immunization record on the Data to Review list to move the immunization to the Local list.
2. Select Sign.
