Redirect a Follow-Up Item
This topic provides information about redirecting a follow-up item.
To redirect a follow-up item:
- Complete one of following steps to select Redirect:
- Find the item on the items list or Follow-Ups list, then select Redirect.
- Open the item, then select Redirect in the response box.
- In the To box, enter the name of the person you want to redirect the message to.
- Update the information in the Show Up Date, Due Date, and Subject boxes if necessary.
- Select Send. The follow-up item is sent to the selected recipient.
