Remove a Recipient as a Favorite

You can remove a recipient as a favorite.

To remove a recipient as a favorite:

1. Open or create a message or follow-up item.
2. In the To or Provider box, enter the name of the recipient that you want to remove as a favorite.
3. Select Remove as Favorite.
