Reschedule a Collection

You can rescheduling a collection request in Specimen Collections.

To reschedule a collection:

  1. On the Specimen Collections page, access the Collect and Scan Items for pending collections.
  2. Select the checkbox next to a container.
  3. Select Miss Selected.
  4. Select Reschedule.
  5. In the Reschedule Collection panel, select the order, new date and time, and miss reason.
      (Optional) Add a comment and number of attempts.
  6. Select Sign.
    The collection is rescheduled.
