Update Procedure History

This topic includes information about updating procedure history using Oracle Health EHR.

To update a historical procedure:

1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
2. Select the Procedure tab.
3. Next to a procedure, select Actions (...).
4. Select Update Procedure.
5. Update the procedure details.
6. Select Update.
