View Vitals

Vital signs are available in Oracle Health EHR.

Vital signs can be reviewed from the Vitals section of the patient’s chart and from the results page. You can select either the Imperial or Metric system of measurement to define how the vital sign will be displayed.

Vital signs are displayed logically and organized, using the event set hierarchy (ESH) to group related vital signs.

The most recent vital sign information from each vital signs category for a visit is displayed in the patient's chart.

To view vital sign information:

1. Select the Vitals heading.
   The results page is displayed.
2. From Ask Oracle, access the Results filter, then select Vitals.
3. Select a vital sign category row heading to view historic and trend information or select an individual vital sign to view additional information.
