Solution Change Details
Manage Outside Allergy Records (EHRM-28705)
- Identify a patient with unreconciled outside allergy records and open the Allergies page for that patient.
- From the outside allergy records message, select View to open the Manage Outside Records page.
- On the Manage Outside Records page, select Move next to an allergy record on the Data to Review list to move it to the Local list.
- Select Sign. Verify that the allergy record is reconciled.
- On the Manage Outside Records page, select the checkboxes next to the allergy records under Data to Review.
- At the top of the list, select Move to add the allergy records to the Local list.
- Select Sign. Verify that the multiple selected allergy records are reconciled.
Scenario 3: Discard an Outside Allergy Record
- On the Manage Outside Records page, select Actions (...) next to an allergy record, then select Discard. Verify that the allergy is moved to the Discarded Records section.
- Select Sign. Verify that the allergy record is discarded.
- On the Manage Outside Records page, select the checkboxes next to the allergy records on the Data to Review list.
- At the top of the list, select Discard to move the records to the Discarded Records section.
- Select Sign. Verify that the allergy records are discarded.
- On the Manage Outside Records page, select Actions (...) next to an allergy record on the Data to Review list, then select Move and Edit.
- In the allergy details panel, edit the details and select Save. Verify that the allergy is moved to the Local list.
- Select Sign. Verify that the allergy record is moved to the Local list and reconciled.
