Ask Oracle Known Issues
Known issues exist in the Ask Oracle functionality in Oracle Health EHR.
- Text-to-speech may incorrectly pronounce acronyms, such as UTI. [CDAF-9591]
- The system may return an unrelated note type when the note type qualifier in the request is generic. [CDAF-35016]
- The practitioner ID may be incorrectly displayed in place of the practitioner name in responses. [CDAF-35018]
- The appropriate context may not be retained when a user asks a follow-up question. [CDAF-35020]
- When notes are returned in responses, formatting issues may be present. [CDAF-53450]
- Incomplete patient name inputs may cause inconsistent routing. [CDAF-70081]
- When you filter medications by condition, all relevant medications may not be returned. [CDAF-42799]
- When you filter by related conditions, conditions that are not clinically relevant to the request may be included in the response. [CDAF-44805]
- When multiple filter chips are applied in the Ask Oracle box, some chips may not be fully visible or may be partially cut off. [CDAF-82058]
- When a request is out of domain, for example, not a supported clinical request, an unexpected error message may be displayed instead of the intended notification indicating that the request is not supported. [CDAF-82181]
- In the condition summary, the last updated time is displayed in an incorrect format, for example, 2.46 PM instead of 2:46 PM. [EHRM-53143]
