Ask Oracle Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Ask Oracle functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• Text-to-speech may incorrectly pronounce acronyms, such as UTI. [CDAF-9591]
• The system may return an unrelated note type when the note type qualifier in the request is generic. [CDAF-35016]
• The appropriate context may not be retained when a user asks a follow-up question. [CDAF-35020]
• Unsupported knowledge queries may incorrectly return a generic error message instead of a message indicating that the query is not supported. [CDAF-82352]
• Requests to view Multum articles incorrectly return a form instead of a message indicating that the query is not supported. [CDAF-104129]
• When you ask about your schedule for the day, responses may incorrectly include appointments with a Canceled status. [CDAF-104259]
• The Related Use and Dosage History sections of a medication summary do not include the drug name. [CDAF-104328]
• Source links may incorrectly display one value when multiple values are available. [CDAF-81231]
