Enhancement ORDERS-14293: Notifications Banner	Component: Notifications When two or more patient-related notifications are available, the Notifications banner now is displayed at the top of the patient's chart. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Clinicians can open a panel of notifications from the Notifications banner.	See Notifications Banner for more information.
