Surgery Request Functionality

Component: Surgery Request

Ambulatory providers now can use Surgery Request functionality to submit requests for patient surgeries.

UI Impact: Workflow (Implemented)

Users now can submit requests for patient surgeries.

Verify that you can successfully complete the workflows in the Reference Materials.

Implementation Impact: Low

Note:

This functionality must be activated by Oracle before it can be used. Contact your support team to request access.

Also, some configuration is required to support surgical procedures.

Auditing Events

Component: Surgery Request

Audit events now are available for surgery requests.

UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic)

You can audit actions completed for surgery requests.
