Access Advance Care Plan Page

You can access the Advance Care Plan page from the patient panel to view additional advance care plan information and documents.

In the Advance Care Details heading of the patient panel, select View details to access the Advance Care plan page. The following headings are displayed with information and documents, as applicable:

• Resuscitation status
• Advance care details
• Advance care documents
