Address Proposed Orders

You can address proposed orders in Oracle Health EHR.

To accept a proposed order, select Accept Proposal on the order row on the Medications and Orders page or the Needs Attention page.

To reject a proposed order, access the order details page, then select Reject from the Proposal Action list. Select a reason from the Reject Reason list, then select Reject Proposal.

You can also select Actions (...) on the order row then select Review Proposal, select Review Proposal on the order row on the Needs Attention page, or select the review proposal action item in the Needs Attention panel. These actions open the order details page, where you can accept or reject the proposed order.

Note:

If you placed the proposed order, you can withdraw it if it has not yet been accepted by the ordering physician by selecting Actions (...) on the order row and then selecting Withdraw.
