Cancel Appointment

You can cancel an appointment with a status of Scheduled, Checked-in, or No-Show in Oracle Health EHR.

To cancel an appointment:
  1. In the Visits section of the patient chart or in the Visits and Appointments tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select Actions (...) next to an appointment with a status of Scheduled, Checked-in, or No-Show.
  2. Select Cancel Appointment.
  3. In the Cancel Appointment panel, select who requested the cancelation and the reason, then select Cancel Appointment.
    The appointment is canceled.
