Manage Prescription Change Requests from the Inbox Tab

You can manage prescription change requests from the Inbox tab in Oracle Health EHR.

From the Inbox tab, select the prescription change request you want to address. To approve the change request, select an alternative if appropriate, then select Sign. To deny the change request, select Discard, along with a reason for the denial. Your response is sent to the pharmacy.
